Coach Justin... has been an integral member of our program for nine seasons, bringing extensive experience and
proven success in player development. He served as part of the coaching staff for the 2015-born Pro Hockey
Brick team that captured the 2025 Brick Championship, in addition to contributing to the achievements of the
2012-born Brick Team and the 2013 Pre-Brick Team. Currently, Coach Justin leads the 2019-born group, focusing
on skill development, team performance, and long-term player growth. He is also the co-owner and co-founder of
Salvatore Hockey Development (SHD), where he serves as Head On-Ice Instructor for goaltenders. In this role, he
specializes in advanced goalie development and oversees player recruitment for the program.Coach Justin has
established himself as a highly respected leader within the hockey community. With a comprehensive knowledge
of the game, a strong background in goaltending instruction, and a passion for guiding young athletes, his efforts
and dedication to excellence strengthen both SHD and Pro Hockey as we look ahead to 2026 and beyond.

Co-Head Coach, Franco Salvatore
Coach Franco... was part of the 2015-born Pro Hockey Brick team that went on to capture the 2025
Brick Championship. He has also contributed to the success of the 2012-born Brick Team
and the 2013 Pre-Brick Team. Now entering his ninth season with us, Coach Franco leads the
2019-born group, aiming for another strong and successful year. He is the co-owner and co-founder of
Salvatore Hockey Development, where he serves as the head on-ice instructor, specializing in player
development. As a player, Coach Franco competed at the AAA level, earning numerous awards and accolades
throughout his career. His deep knowledge of the game, combined with his passion for developing young athletes,
continues to make him an invaluable part of our program. We look forward to his continued success in 2026
and beyond.

Coach Eddie... is a former Junior A player with a strong passion and commitment to helping young athletes
develop both on and off the ice. He currently coaches the 2016 Junior Canadiens AAA team in the GTHL
and is the owner of EJ Elite Shooting. Coach Eddie is dedicated to teaching the game the right way and
fostering growth in every player he works with. His experience includes success at the professional hockey
level and leading teams to multiple tournament championships. Good luck Team Eddie!
